Classical Pilates

Classical Pilates is the system of exercises created and taught by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. These exercises were designed to strengthen one’s powerhouse (which includes the core and gluteals), lengthen the spinal column, and tone muscles both big and small.  The system of exercises Pilates created, in the order which he created them, builds on itself in the fact that it is a system. As Pilates himself said “In ten sessions you will feel the difference, in twenty sessions you will see the difference, in thirty sessions you will have a whole new body.”
